We see transformation around us all the time. Whether we acknowledge it or not is another thing.

Transformation happens with every season, we see the trees starting to bud in spring, in full bloom in the summer, fall sees these majestic colours, and in winter they lie dormant, or do they?

What if what we imagine as a tree lying dormant for winter, is actually the tree rejuvenating itself as it gets ready for these continuous transformations.

What if the same was true for you as well? We too constantly go through transformations.

We don’t always see it or acknowledge it but we are. Some of the transformations come in shedding our old skin, or when we move from infancy to adulthood.

Then there is the emotional, mental, and spiritual transformations we also go through.

As we move through our healing, having new awareness, and making different choices, we too are transforming.

While we seem to stagnant at certain points in our healing, we too, just like the tree are rejuvenating and preparing ourselves for the next part of our healing.

Transformation, on the whole, is wondrous but at some points, it can be tiring and other points still downright draining.

It’s perfectly normal to rest, rejuvenate, integrate new knowledge, and build yourself back up to allow for more healing to occur, as needed.

Once you have, you begin to gain more knowledge, awareness, and insight quicker. You begin from a new, exciting, and different perspective.

Wherever you are in your healing process, we can help. We offer wellness coaching, an online support group, and a variety of different events.

How do you see transformation? Where are you in your transformation?
